Eye Pod:
Portable Video Players are the Next Big Thing

Attempting to replicate the success of Sony's i pod, companies like Samsung, RCA and Creative Labs plan to roll out portable video players that can store up to 50 films, Wired reports. The products will roll out within the next few years and entertainment companies expect customers to pay up to $400 dollars for the first models. The RIAA then breathed a sigh of relief and, unhooked their lawyers from their manacles so that they could go to work for the Motion Picture Association, busting down on digital video piracy for a change.

The product will resemble the prototype presented above, with the exception that it will be "less exciting", and will not feature any green and blue backgrounds, only endless endless blue with the occasional dove holding a figleaf. "Because we're big fucking pussies and we don't want to get sued by the motion picture industry", said a Creative Labs spokesperson. "Those clouds fucking rock", reported one beta tester.
