Love and Friendship in a Ten Block Radius
Dodgeball.com is like Friendster for your phone. Increase your social network offline.

Available in NYC, San Francisco, L.A., Boston, and Philadelphia, the service uses your cell phone to broadcast your location to your friends and lets you know if your friends’ friends are within 10 blocks.

Why am I still so paranoid about meeting people offline when the original meet was online? Maybe it’s the faceless-ness of it all. Friendster was smart about working around that fear with its friend of a friend technology. Now Dodgeball.com is going even further and placing people within physical reach of each other. This world is getting smaller.
